Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing krishtrip.com (“Website”) or booking any service (“Service”) with Krish Trip (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these legally binding Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If booking for others, you warrant authority to bind them. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future T&C updates.
2. Definitions
- “Package”: Customized itinerary including hotels/transfers.
- “Traveler”: Person(s) named in the booking.
- “Direct Payment”: Outstanding balances paid to hotels/transporters during travel.
- “Force Majeure”: Unforeseeable events (natural disasters, pandemics, war).
Section I: Booking & Payments
3. Booking Procedure for domestic packages
3.1. Initiation:
- Submit requirements via Website/chat/phone.
- Receive a call from us and get 5 customized packages within 2 minutes.
- Pay 10% of total cost to block hotels.
3.2. Confirmation:
- Pay 25–30% for booking confirmation.
- Within 96 hours; receive booking confirmation for hotels/vehicles.
- After getting blocking confirmation, non payment of booking confirmation amount auto-cancel after 72 hours.
3.3. Final Payments:
- Hotels: Pay outstanding balance directly at check-in.
- Vehicles: Clear dues after reaching the destination & just before trip commencement.
Example: For a ₹100,000 package:
- ₹10,000 (initiation & to block hotels and vehicle) + ₹30,000 (confirmation) = ₹40,000 pre-travel.
- ₹60,000 paid during travel.
4. For International Packages
All steps same as domestic except:
Final Payment: 60% balance paid 15 days before travel date (not during travel).
Example (₹200,000 International Package):
₹20,000 (blocking) + ₹60,000 (confirmation) = ₹80,000 pre-travel
₹120,000 paid 15+ days before departure
4. Flight Ticket Bookings

Payment Terms
4.1. Accepted Methods: UPI, Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Net Banking, Paypal.
4.2. Currency: INR (international card fees apply).
5. Pricing Validity
- Quotes valid 72 hours for International Packages (currency/hotel availability fluctuations).
- Excludes sudden tax/fuel surcharges (communicated pre-confirmation).
Section II: Changes or Cancellations

7. Traveler Cancellations
Refunds follow Cancellation Policy, deducting:
- Non-refundable vendor fees (e.g., flight tickets).
- Processing fees (5% of total).
8. Krish Trip-Initiated Changes
We may modify itineraries due to:
- Force Majeure (e.g., floods closing Kerala routes).
- Operational Issues (hotel overbooking).
Remedies: Comparable alternatives or full refund.
Section III: Traveler Obligations
9. Documentation
- Valid passports (6+ months validity for international trips).
- Visas (we assist but do not guarantee approval).
- Travel insurance (mandatory for international packages).
10. Conduct & Liabilities
10.1. Compliance: Adhere to local laws (e.g., dress codes in UAE).
10.2. Damage Costs: Pay for property damage (e.g., hotel rooms).
10.3. Exclusion: We may terminate services for illegal/disruptive behavior without refund.
11. Health & Safety
- Disclose pre-existing medical conditions.
- Follow COVID-19/other health advisories.
Section IV: Service Delivery
12. Inclusions/Exclusions
Aligned with package-specific documentation:
- Included: Transfers, hotels (specified meal plans), driver allowances.
- Excluded: Entrance fees, personal expenses, lunches/dinners (unless stated).
Clarification: “Driver cum guide” provides route assistance not licensed monument tours.
13. Accommodation & Transport
13.1. Hotels:
- Room categories are exactly as described (e.g., “Deluxe Sea-View”).
- Star ratings based on government/local classifications/online travel websites.
13.2. Vehicles:
- As booked (e.g., Toyota Innova).
- Driver speaks English/Hindi; other languages require pre-request.
14. Unused Services
No refunds for:
- Missed sightseeing.
- Early check-outs.
- Unused meals/transfers.
Section V: Liabilities & Limitations
15. Third-Party Services
We bear no responsibility for:
- Airline delays/cancellations.
- Hotel staff conduct.
- Accidents during optional activities (e.g., scuba diving).
16. Force Majeure
No liability for failures due to:
- Natural disasters.
- Political unrest.
- Pandemics.
- War situation.
Traveler Options: Reschedule (fee-free) or accept refunds minus non-recoverable costs.
Section VI: Intellectual Property & Data
17. Content Ownership
- Website content (text, itineraries) © Krish Trip 2023.
- No commercial reuse without written consent.
18. Personal Data
Usage adheres to our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to:
- Sharing data with hotels/transporters.
- Transactional communications.
Section VII: Dispute Resolution
19. Governing Law
Indian law governs these T&C (Jurisdiction: Delhi courts).
20. Complaint Procedure
- On-Trip Issues: Notify Krish Trip office immediately for resolution.
- Post-Trip Claims: Email info@krishtrip.com within 30 days of trip end.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes referred to Delhi arbitration (ICDR rules).
