1. Booking Process
Within 2 minutes! Share your requirements via website/chat/phone, and our system generates 5 tailored options with hotel choices, budgets, and itineraries.
Absolutely not! You only pay after selecting your preferred package from the 5 options we provide.
2. Payments
- Domestic: Pay 60% balance during travel (hotels at check-in/vehicles before trips)
- International: Pay 60% balance 15+ days pre-departure for visa documentation and advance hotel settlements.
Note: Some destinations/hotels may have unique policies – we’ll notify you before confirmation.

- Credit/Debit Cards (2% domestic/3.5% intl. fee)
- Net Banking (fee-free)
- PayPal (4% fee)
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Your 10% blocking fee is forfeited.
- No further charges apply.

- Pre-booking: Full refund (minus ₹1,500 documentation fee).
- Post-confirmation: Standard cancellation fees apply + ₹1,500 documentation fee.
4. During Travel
Settle outstanding balances directly at check-in. We provide payment vouchers showing pre-paid amounts.
All land travel between cities/hotels in mentioned vehicle, covering:
- Driver allowances
- Fuel, tolls, parking
- 24/7 roadside assistance

5. Inclusions & Exclusions
No. Exclusion list covers:
- Monument/theme park tickets
- Meals (unless specified)
- Personal expenses (tips, phone calls)
Your itinerary clearly lists exclusions.
Drivers provide route assistance and basic local knowledge in English/Hindi. They are not licensed tour guides. For specialized guided tours, we arrange certified guides (extra cost).
6. Flight Bookings

Yes! We handle standalone flight bookings with 100% payment upfront.
7. Special Cases
Force Majeure Policy: Krish Trip will not be responsible, standard cancellation charges will be applicable.
- Kids under 6: Complimentary (without extra bed)
- Children 6-12: As per hotel policy (with extra bed)
Absolutely! Tell us what to add/remove:
